Health and Wellness Tip: Read Those Labels

We are very conscientious about food labels. We check for all kinds of ingredients that we are trying to avoid or eliminate from our food choices. We have been very very careful, especially when it comes to salt.
All products the same right? Guess what? NO NO NO
We were at a grocery store, knew we needed half-and-half, grabbed the only option they offer. A few days later, we happened to compare the labels of the outgoing container and the incoming container. Look what we found!!!

Lesson: Always check your labels! Sometimes, you'll find really large differences in several categories. Pick what's best for you!
