    Health and Wellness Tip: Stevia as a Sweetener Choice

    One small healthy lifestyle choice at a time will lead you to long lasting lifestyle changes.
    We learn at the start of our RealW8 journey that sugar has many adverse affects on our bodies, has no real nutritional value, adds empty calories to our diet, and at its worst has been implicated in numerous degenerative diseases.
    After all, it's our sugar addiction that we need to break free from.

    Stevia iis an herb. It grows wild as a small shrub in parts of Paraguay and Brazil.
    Stevia is sweeter than sugar. Stevia has none of sugar's unhealthy drawbacks.

    There are many brands of stevia sweeteners, this just happens to be the one we've chosen so far. Look at what is readily available in your area.

    Give it a try!
    -In your coffee or tea
    -mixed in some yogurt or sour cream
    -sprinkled right on fruits
