While I was out and about today, I wandered over to a popular end cap. It was shiny and full and lots of people were heading over to it checking it out.

Now, since being on RealW8 and changing to a healthier lifestyle, I no longer eat anything from bag, box, package. But, call it temptation, call it curiosity, call it courage, I took a LOOK, a peek. I picked up the somewhat soft squishy package of spaghetti sauce, turned the package over to read the label. Look at what I saw?!
